Hair raising!
On a recent night inside the former offices/living quarters of the pub, everyone on the tour witnessed the hair of a female tour guest pulled up so it stood straight up. Also, one of the table cloths have several times been found on the floor even though it was on the table when the tour guide was last in there a few hours earlier. These are some of the most recent activity reported from our Everdark Express Shadow Shuttle tours.
2 Shadow Figures seen on 2 tours the same night!
Shadow figure seen at 2 locations the same night! Date: Wednesday April 8. Places: Fort North Side Wall and inside 7 Aviles Street. Those are 2 famously haunted spots in St. Augustine, FL. The whole tour group on our Haunted St. Augustine tour saw a shadow figure apparition at the Fort North Side Wall. The Shadow Figure looked like a man wearing a hat standing with his hands on his hips and a sword hanging by his side. Simultaneously the K2 EMF meters were spiking in the hands of our tour guests. This indicates a sudden erratic increase in Electromagnetic Fields and had no natural explanation. There were no people anywhere close to the wall that could have caused the shadow and certainly no one with a sword dangling. On our Dead Walk tour, inside 7 Aviles Street, suddenly a…
Ghost Putting on the Pressure!
Pressured to believe in ghosts by a ghost!!! That’s what happened to our tour guest this past Thursday, April 2nd, on our late night departure of the Everdark Express tour. He was a non-believer in ghosts and a large strong man. Still, inside the second haunted building we enter, his head got pushed down from the back by what he said felt like a big hand. The pressure was so intense that it brought tears to this burley man’s eyes. Once he got out of the building it went away. He swore to never go back in there again. We asked the ghost: Did you not like Eric? The response came immediately. Our K2 EMF meter lit up all its lights to red and the SB7 Spirit Box picked up a voice that said: “WRONG WITH HIM”. Maybe the ghost…
Ghostly Goings On at the Lighthouse and City Gate!
Happy New Year! Its your happy ghost hostess, Tracy, signing on to tell you that there have been some exciting happenings here in America’s Most Haunted City this holiday season. We have been seeing increased activity at the Lighthouse, and the Castillo de San Marcos on our Haunted St. Augustine Tours, and Hearse Rides. I’ll start with my own eye witness testimony, and move onto some incredible sighting’s from Eddie, our hearse driver. As many of you know, St. Augustine was subject to several serious epidemics, that claimed the lives of many young people. As a result, some of our spirits in resident are young and of the playful, friendly sort….I realize, this may disappoint some of you! However, we get a lot of interaction out of them, and through the use of our KII meters we are able to…
A ghostly New Year's Greeting!
Doctor… Nurse… said the Ovilus ITC device upstairs in the 2nd haunted building we enter on the Everdark Express Shadow Shuttle (EESS) tour. Our tour guide Ed asked if that meant anything to anyone on the tour. A man says: I’m a Doctor A lady says: and I’m a nurse. Quite amazing! Things like this happens often inside the 2 haunted buildings we enter on the EESS. Come out and experience it …. if you dare! AWAKENING AND BELIEFS by Dr. Harry Stafford
A new insightful blog entry from the Metaphysical World of GhoSt Augustine team member Dr. Harry Stafford, professor of Human Consciousness Studies and Founder of Haunted St. Augustine – our Paranormal Investigation Tour. After taken his PhD at FSU and Master of Divinity at Harvard, Dr. Stafford has been studying and educating in metaphysics, human consciousness studies and parapsychology for decades. AWAKENING AND BELIEFS The history of human culture is a history of beliefs. It is a history of beliefs enacted in the norms and structures of societies. On a cultural level we can call beliefs worldview. Science entails a worldview. So does religion. Of far greater significance, however, is the worldview that is uniquely our own – the beliefs that inform our existence, our self-image, our view of the world, our expectations and goals. Beliefs are the assumptions…
Lots of reported paranormal activity
Dead Walk is getting creepier and creepier. Since we now go inside an extremely haunted building on both the Dead Walk and the Hearse Ride tour (note that we park the hearse outside – lol – so you get some walking at least on the Hearse Ride too). Last week on the Dead Walk one guests was pushed inside the building. And there was no other person next to her. The week before that we had one guest that felt the presence of spirits in the building and started feeling dizzy and had to wait outside. He was ok to continue the tour after waiting outside. We also had one tour guide in training quit two weeks ago due to that he thought it was a too scary building to go inside. So only go inside the building on the…
Old Old Jail – come inside this super haunted place on our tours
We’re now going inside an extremely haunted building on the Hearse Ride tour and on the Dead Walk. The building used to be the jail in town before Henry Flagler arrived in the 1880’s. The building now referred to as the Old Jail is the jail that was built by Henry in order to move the jail further away from his hotels. So the building we’re going into is the older jail of the two. We have already encountered lots of activity in the building. Seems like we’re getting more activity everywhere now with the changes in the weather. The full moon now too could affect things – if nothing else it makes it gorgeously hauntingly beautiful here in the oldest most haunted American city. So come on out with us and have a frighteningly interesting evening!
