Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International visited our haunted city last week for two interactive investigations. One at the St. Augustine lighthouse and one at the Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum. They also were here filming a new episode of Ghost Hunters Academy which should air later this year.

Just last week another photo was submitted by one of our tour guests. A moving orb was captured in a photo at one of the cemetery stops on our Haunted St. Augustine Tour.

Monday night was a very interesting night for our Haunted St. Augustine Paranormal Tour. We had a collective sighting (which means more than one person saw something).  Four eye witnesses experienced an apparition of a woman looking out of a window of one of our haunted hot spots. She was peering at all 4 guests and started opening the blinds. All four people clearly made out a transparent woman looking through the blinds as if she didn’t appreciate them looking at her home. As the four people discussed what they were seeing the blinds slowly started to close. Everyone reported having goose bumps and decided to leave after the blinds closed when one guest turned around for one more glimpse of the house he exclaimed, “The blinds are opening again!!” That same night we recorded some very chili readings at…

Recently we have had many people on the hearse ride tour spotting a ghost on the first floor of the St. Francis Inn in Saint Augustine. Sightings in the breakfast area have spooked many on the hearse ride. They not only saw a ghost but also a teapot moving around the room. On the second floor, someone also heard a door opening and closing by itself near the balcony of the historic Inn. We all know that the St. Francis Inn is a “hot spot” of ghost activity because of the high EMF readings. Our hearse ride tour guides use an KII EMF meter to detect electro-magnetic fields, which tend to trigger ghost activity. St. Augustine is truly a great place to encounter the paranormal!

Pub Tour Ghost Another one of our Pub Tour guests sent this picture to us taken in one of the haunted pubs we go to on our tour. Note the ghostly streak at the bottom of the stairs towards the banister. Nobody was there, yet the camera caught this apparition.

Lighthouse Ghost looking out of the window Take a good look at this picture. The left pane on the second row from the bottom of the window shows a face from behind the window staring at the camera. There is a part of a hand that is shown on the pane to the left of the face. Could this be the apparition of the ghostly little girl who haunts these premises? In the early 1870s three girls of the five kids playing among the construction equipment died in a freak accident. Maria Pittee, Elizah Pittee and a servant girl (unnamed). One of these girls is believed to still haunt these premises. Multiple ghosts haunt this lighthouse and was dubbed “the Monalisa of hauntings” by the Ghost Hunters (TAPS) seen on the Sci Fi channel.
