GhoSt Augustine Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Sales are Final and non-refundable, except for:
– parties of fewer than 6 people, a Full Refund will be issued for Cancellations with more than 24 hours notification.
– parties of 6 or more people, a Full Refund will be issued for cancellations done more than 1 week before tour starts.
– If the tour is cancelled, a Full Refund will be issued.
Exchanges or rainchecks may be given at the discretion of management.
No shows may be given a raincheck at the discretion of management.
The tour will only be cancelled due to weather under conditions of Tornado Warning or Hurricane Force winds.
