Recently, we had the privilege of hosting legendary paranormal investigator Jason Hawes and members of the TAPS team for a visit to one of St. Augustine’s most intriguing haunted locations. Known worldwide for his work on Ghost Hunters, Jason has investigated countless historic sites, making his visit to the Dixie House a truly special moment for our team.

As the crew explored the house, they utilized a variety of paranormal investigation tools, including an SLS Camera, REM Pod, and Polterscript, while examining the reports of unexplained activity that have made the Dixie House a favorite destination for ghost hunters and paranormal enthusiasts alike.

For years, guests on our paranormal investigations have experienced strange occurrences throughout the property, from unexplained voices and unusual equipment responses to personal encounters that continue to spark curiosity.
